Information required

1. The rights holder or representative’s name and valid contact details.
2. Identification of the protected work and the claimed right.
3. The specific source-platform URL and details needed for verification.
4. A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
5. A statement of accuracy and an electronic or physical signature.

Handling notices
