How the service works

Esa°Downloader does not guess file quality. It first analyzes the URL, then shows the metadata and formats actually reported by the source.

1. URL validationOnly HTTP and HTTPS are accepted; private-network addresses and credential-bearing URLs are rejected.
2. Reading available metadataThe media engine reads the public title, duration, thumbnail, and available audio/video streams.
3. Quality selectionOnly existing resolutions and formats are displayed. Some sources provide separate audio and video streams.
4. Temporary processingThe service downloads, merges or converts when needed, then creates a protected temporary link.
5. Automatic deletionThe link and file expire after the configured retention period, typically around one hour.

Why might a URL fail?

Content may be private, removed, DRM-protected, geographically restricted, or the platform may have changed. The service does not bypass logins or DRM.
