Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Esa°Downloader processes, why it is processed, how long it is retained, advertising choices, and your rights. The independent service is operated from Lebanon.

Information we process

The URL you submit and public metadata returned by the source, such as title, duration, and available qualities.
Source streams and the generated output temporarily to fulfil your request.
Limited technical data such as browser type, job status, timestamps, and short error logs.
A one-way IP fingerprint for security and abuse prevention; it is not used to display your original IP address to the administrator.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to provide the requested service, secure the site, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and comply with lawful requests. Non-essential advertising processing relies on consent where required.

Retention and deletion

Generated files and download links are temporary and typically expire after about 60 minutes, depending on the site setting. Limited operational and security logs may remain for a longer reasonable period, then be deleted or aggregated. We do not create a public media library.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential session and security cookies, language/theme preferences, and local storage for device-side features such as recent ready files. See the Cookie Policy.

Google and third-party advertising

We may use Google AdSense, Adsterra, or other providers enabled by the site owner. Third parties may place or read cookies or use signals such as IP addresses and browser identifiers to serve, measure, and protect advertising.

Google and its partners use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to this or other sites. You can manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings, and read How Google uses data from partner sites. Other networks may provide their own opt-out tools.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

When AdSense is enabled, consent is collected through a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB TCF where required. Choices can be reopened using the “Privacy & ad settings” link in the footer.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell user data. Hosting, source platforms, advertising networks, and security providers may process information to perform their functions, potentially in other countries under their safeguards and applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Because no user accounts are created and one-way fingerprints may be used, we may be unable to link an old technical record to you after the job expires.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
