Terms of Service

By using Esa°Downloader, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Use Policy.

Eligibility and responsibility

You must be legally able to accept these terms. You are solely responsible for the URL and content submitted and for confirming ownership, permission, or another lawful basis.

Permitted and prohibited use

The service may be used for owned, licensed, or lawfully downloadable public content. DRM circumvention, private-content access, infringement, abusive automation, server probing, and unlawful use are prohibited.

Website intellectual property

The Esa°Downloader design, logo, original text, and server-side architecture are protected. You may not clone, resell, impersonate, or remove the site branding. These terms grant no ownership in third-party platform trademarks.

Availability and warranties

The service depends on hosting and external platforms that may change. It is provided as available, without a guarantee that every URL or quality will work or that service will be uninterrupted. We do not guarantee approval by any advertising network.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, unauthorized use, or platform changes. This does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and changes

Violating or harmful requests may be rejected or suspended. These terms may change, with the updated version published here.
